General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Asthma and allergies can happen due to increased reaction to certain chemicals or agents. Some patients have it worse in certain seasons depending on the agent (chemical) affecting them. Normally any agent or chemical has the risk of causing this increased reaction in our body and the foods you mention can be a cause.

You can have some skin tests to see if certain foods are causing you to react and have symptoms of allergy or asthma.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Antoneta Zotaj,
