What Causes Appetite Loss?

For the past two-three days I ve had no appetite. I don t know where it could be from. I took vyvanse on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Thursday I ate two meals. And ever since my appetite has been slowly diminishing. Friday morning I was extremely hungry, but did not eat until 2:00, I did however eat enough Friday. Then Saturday I had pasta around 2 again, and then nothing until around 8:00..Sunday my appetite lessened. And since yesterday, Monday, I ve had no appetite whatsoever--it s completely gone. I was extremely nauseous yesterday, and today no real nausea but nothing sounds appealing and I literally need to force myself to eat..what could it be? Do you think my stomach shrunk?

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Decreased appetite can occur due to many reasons.
Associated nausea suggests some gastrointestinal tract 9GIT) inflammation. or disorder.
Other causes of decreased appetite are chronic illnesses and malignant conditions.
You need to consult your primary healthcare provider for clinical assessment and thus management.

Thanks and take care
