What Causes Appetite Loss And Black Colored Bowel Movement?

the last few weeks I’ve lost my appetite on a lot of thinks my stool is black sometimes not always. Some days I’m constipated then have diarrhoea my period is late by two weeks and I’m always nauseous and tired I don’t know if it’s caused from stress or not

Black stool comes from blood in the upper intestine. It may be a stomach or duodenal ulcer that is causing the bleeding, and it also causes the lack of appetite.
