What Causes Appearance Of Tiny Black Dots On Tongue?

Hi, I am experiencing tiny black dots on my tongue, swollen tonsils, and three or four red spots on the back of my throat. The red spots have been there since January, but they have decreased since then. However, my tonsils have not changed much and I ve recently noticed the appearance of more small black dots. I am really stressed out about this. I went to urgent care and the doctor said that everything except my vitamin D count seemed to be normal... What could be going on?
