What Causes Anxiety In The Morning Along With Elevated Blood Pressure Level?

I wake up nervous every morning and end up taking a xanax it it calms me down for about 4 hours I am just upset and when I get upset my blood pressure goes up until I. Calm down in about 15munutes or if I take a xanax or if I go for a walk I saw a counsler 1 time that did not help my doctor wants. To change my blood pressure medicine but that s not solving the problem.do I need to see s psychiatrist and where can you see one in southgate Michigan the same day without. Waiting weeks

You have to start on antihypertensives like Atenolol or Amlodipine to make your blood pressure under control.
