Hi
Thanks for posting on HCM
Being nervous and not knowing what to expect from pregnancy is a problem that may disturb many ladies. It may occur even in ladies with no past history of such problems. However, all you need is reassurance that you and your baby will be fine.I will suggest you see your Gynecologist for counselling and education on pregnancy and it progress and if need be, a chat with a Psychiatrist will be good. You may not need drugs for you problem. Also, you need not be idle, always distract yourself. You also need the affection of your loved ones now more than ever
Hope my answer will help you
Best regards
