General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Not using the treatment with Prozac on a regular basis leads to the symptoms of anxiety, dizziness, irritability and tiredness.
Your daughter can start using Prozac and after two weeks increase it to a higher dose.

The dosage can be changed depending on her response to the regular treatment. It is very important for her to take the treatment in a regular basis.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Suela Gjata,
