What Causes Anxiety And Dizziness After Having A Nightmare?

It s about 4am here and I just had a very intense nightmare that scared be beyond sleep after waking from it I now feel extremely dizzy when laying down and have done for about 5 minutes I do have anxiety which I know and I have had two drinks earlier today could these be anything to do with it ? Or is it something completely different?

It is still too early to conclude you got something different.Since you got anxiety, such symptoms are common after a scary nightmare.I will suggest you just rest well, try to liberate your mind from funny thought and get someone to discuss with and distract yourself.
If the symptoms continue, you see your Doctor or Psychiatrist for evaluation.
