What Causes Anxiety Along With Tightness And Pain In Upper Chest?

Hello Dr., My name is Anshuman. I don t know from last one year. I am feeling too Emotional and Fear. I am feeling fear with a small incident. I am not able to concentrate on my daily work. Feeling tightness and pain in my upper chest. I feel like i will die. I am trying to get out from this, but i Can t. I am felling irritable with heavy sound and sometimes without any reason. Can you please let me no. What actually happening with me. Thank You

Let me tell you that the symptoms described by you suggest that you have general anxiety disorder. Treatment for generalized anxiety disorder arecognitive behavioral therapy, anti-depressants, anti-anxiety drugs, and in some cases, sedative.
