What Causes Angina In A Person With Cardiac Stent?

Hi, I had a cardiac stent inserted for a 95% LAD blockage 2 years ago, no problems ever since. Also had a pacemaker inserted in 2015. I am experimenting a mild and intermittent chest stabbing pain that started earlier today. I feel fine, am not stressed or nor I exercising. Is it angina or something benign (or possible more serious)?

hi
thanks for posting in HCM
i have understand your concern

after having stent there is chance for block in different place or stent block , so that is one possibility for your pain
stabbing pain is not character of angina and it may be musculoskeletal or gastritis pain also

i can suggest you to get done ECG and ECHO
later you try with tab. pantocid 40 mg once daily before food and tab.ultracet for muscular pain twice daily for 3 days

hope this helps you
thanks
