What Causes Anal Pain?

I HAVE HAD BLEEDING FROM THE BACK PASSAGE WHICH VARIES BETWEEN LIGHT AND NOT SO LIGHT, WHICH THEN STOPS AFTER MUCH WIPING. MY DOCTOR HAS EXAMINED THIS AREA, AND I HAVE BEEN INTERNA\LLY EXAMINED WITH A CAMERA, WHICH WAS HELD TO BE NO CAUSE FOR ALARM. HE PUT IT DOWN TO DIET, AND SAID I SHOULD INCREASE ROUGHAGE INTAKE.HOWEVER I CAN'T HELP FEELING THERE IS A RELATIONAL PROBLEM WITH MY INABILITY TO SUSTAIN AN ERECTION TO THE HARDNESS OF A FEW YEARS AGO, NOTING A GRADUAL DIMUNITION IN THIS FUNCTION OVER THIS PERIOD.I AM 50 YEARS OLD, AND CYCLE AND WALK FAST AND AM GENERALLY IN GOOD HEALTH, FIT AND ACTIVE. PLEASE COULD YOU HELP IDENTIFY THE PROBLEM.

It is unlikely that the bleeding is directly related to erectile dysfunction. Stress and excess worry, about the bleeding for example, can certainly contribute to erectile dysfunction, however.
