What Causes Anal Pain Upon Coughing?

I quit smoking 1 month ago, and now i use a vaporizer. I bought some really cheap juice for my vape, and realized that it caused me to cough a lot. On the weekend of my vasectomy (7 days ago), i started to notice that everytime I coughed my anus would hurt, I thought nothing of, becasue of the vasectomy, but now i am not in pain from the VS, but evrything i do hurts my ass! What is wrong with me, did I "blow an O-ring"?

Hi,

You can have proctitis like rectal area inflammation. However piles also can be possible. I suggest proctoscopy examination for you to check any polyp, piles, inflammation if present. Until then you can be prescribed anti-inflammatory group of a drug like Paracetamol plus serratiopeptidase for 5 days. Anal water sitz bath also beneficial. I suggest you consult a general surgeon for an examination.
