I am 14 weeks pregnant with my 3rd child. This evening I went to the bathroom to pass a stool and when I wiped there was just orange liquid on the toilet paper, when I looked into the toilet there was an orange oily substance floating on the water and there appeared to be white specs in my stool. The toilet paper smelt fishy. My anus has been itchy for a few weeks and I do have hemorrhoids. In addition to this I have also had pain in my lower back, right side and lower abdominal cramps but these come and go. I am waiting for a drs appointment but it is currently the bank holiday weekend in the U.K. And with two young children I am unable to wait in a&e for a lengthy time. Thank you
