What Causes An Intense Pain In The Stomach?

Hi, I started having intense shooting pain in my stomach. It was like every 5-10 minutes, alternating on both sides. Then I went to bed and woke from a terrible stomach ache. This stomach ache has lasted 2 days. It feels slightly better, but then I will have some painful cramping. There is no fever, diarrhea or vomiting. Should I be concerned?

Yes you should get an ultrasound as soon as possible. it could be a gall stone or even appendicitis . hope it helps
