What Causes An Infant To Get Hungry And Cry At Night Time?

Sir I m.having 1.5 month old baby boy to whom I breastfeed but from past few days I m not able to satisfy his need. I don t know y he get up in night n start crying n ask for milk frequently after 1/2 hr. Every time . i don t want won to take capsules .

Hi..can understand your concern.As per your query,your baby is just 1.5 months...Usually infants have flatulence and colicy pain upto 3-4 months and also their digestive system is not fully developed and the motility rate is much faster..You shouldn't worry that you are not able to satisfy his hunger.Feed him properly in a comfortable position every 1-2 hour interval or whenever he wants. These problems will slowly go away after few months. For night crying or flatulence you can give him colic aid(simethicone)drops by asking to your pediatrician .I hope the information helps you.Take care.
