Hello and welcome to HCM,
Increased eosinophils or eosinophilia can occur in following conditions:
1. parasitic infections like round worm infestation, tape worm infestation, etc.
2. Allergies like asthma, urticaria, hay fever, etc
3. Drugs
4. Tropical eosinophilia, hyper-eosinophilic syndrome
5. Neoplasms

Thus, clinical assessment and relevant investigations are required to know the exact cause of raised eosinophils and thereafter treatment can be started with dosages.

Thanks and take care
