General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Your sugars are too high. I am amazed why you have not been told or given any thing for your sugar control. Whatever but you should urgently see your doctor for proper management of your diabetes. That include diet and exercise counseling and drugs.

At the moment I would say you should avoid all sweets, bread, and fine floors. Do exercise. You can start your drugs after you see your doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mahboob Ur Rahman,
