What Causes Aggressiveness With History Of UTI?

My elderly (79yrs) sister has recently become violent and delusional. She recently had a urinary tract infection and it has been suggested that this could be the cause and, if so, she will recover and return to normal. She has very bad fluid retention, a poor diet and doesn t drink enough. She lives in an aged care facility and the change in her behaviour has shocked everybody.
