What Causes Acid Reflux And Lower Abdominal Bloating?
Ive had what feels like sever heartburn on and off for three days, worse when i eat, combined with severe upper and lower abdominal boating. Sharp pains under right side of rib cage periodically and seems to flare up after every time i eat. ( not eating as much now.) Bowels seem normal. Antacids sometimes provide some relief.
As per your complain you have problem of gastroesophageal reflux disease that may cause abdominal bloating problem. Proton pump inhibitor drugs are helpful in reflux disease. Avoid spicy food and more citrus foods. Eat small amount of meal and chew properly.
Avoid fatty foods, coffee, chocolate and alcohol drinking. Avoid immediate lying down after meal. Do a regular exercise more than minute 20 minutes. Elevate your head during sleeping by two cushion. Barium abdominal x ray can be done if needed. Consult a gastroenterologist for further treatment.
