Thanks for posting in HCM.
What symptoms you are mentioning could be due to Chlamydia infection.
Kindly wash the area twice daily with warm water using solution like V wash to maintain good hygiene.
You need to take antibiotic course of Azhithromycin or Doxycycline to treat infection. In case you need to confirm, you need to get your cervical swab tested in the laboratory.
Avoid sexual activity until all your symptoms subside.
