General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Fluid type material over the collar bone may be part of possible hematoma formation from trauma or else. It is best recommended to get a primary physician check up with your doc and he or she may guide you if there is any requirement of soft tissue ultrasound report for further evaluation. Usual cases do respond best to oral antibiotics and anti-inflammatory medicines, through some may require a needle aspiration or incision and drainage procedure to cure it.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
