What Causes Absence Of Pregnancy Symptoms When Pregnant?

Hi i am 11 weeks 4 days pregnant. Till 9 weeks i had symptoms like constipation and morning sickness and nausea. Doctor prescribed nosic for nausea and emty oral solution for constipation. After 4 /5 days all my symptoms were gone suddenly. Is it normal because i am taking tabletsi had my first ultrasound at 8 week 4 days and i could see the heartbeat of the baby. Everything was normal. I am worried because all my symptoms have gone and i feel completely un pregnant Also i am worried as i had one miscarriage earlier.plz help.

Hi, the symptoms of nausea generally stays till 1st trimester only. So, as you are finishing the 1st trimester, symptoms might have gone. It can also be an effective of medicines. So, if you are not having any pain or bleeding, it is completely normal.
