General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It may be indicate no fetus. For further assessment you may require ultrasounds of the abdomen and pelvis after gynecologist consultation. In that case you may require an abortion after consultation. For that you can take Mifepriston medication after consultation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
