General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Welcome to the HCM.
Dear I can understand your concern. For next pregnancy I would like to suggest you to get preconception counselling and at least give your self 6 months to be prepared for the next pregnancy. There are genetic counsellar who would help to understand wether it was a genetic problem and give the idea about some gentic tests (like chromosomal analysis etc)to recognize the cause and follow carefully the next pregnancy.
Hope My answer will be helpfull.
Wish you best of health.
Regards.
