General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
U can understand your concern.
I am sorry to say but if there is no heart beat the fetus is most probably dead. The fetal heart can be detected in ultra sound from 6th week onwards. Since it is 9th week noe, the fetus should have a proper heart beat.
I would suggest an appointment with a gynecologist so that a thorough physical examination can be done and the management done accordingly. Hope you are satisfied with the response. Thanks for choosing HCM
