What Causes Abrupt Sweating And Shaking Of Body?

this is the second time this has happened to me. once about a month ago then today.I was perfectly fine then all of a sudden i felt weird and started shaking and then sweating like crazy. i went from a normal temp. to sweat beads forming on my forehead in a matter of 2 minutes. this happened nealy an hour ago and my body still is not back to normal. it is a lot better than it was at 1.pm but i still feel a little shaky. i thought maybe my blood sugar was low so i ate a snickers bar and drank half a can coke. now i am eating a apple and some of a banana. i do feel better but what is wrong with me?

Hello. It seems that you had a hypoglycemic episode. The low blood sugar led to the transient sweating and shaking of your body. Get your blood sugar and electrolytes checked in case you get another similar episode. If random blood sugar is more than 200, then get your post prandial blood sugar checked to rule out diabetes.
