What Causes Abnormal Vaginal Discharge With Abdominal Pain Post Abortion?
It s been 7 weeks after I had an abortion, I ve had irregular discharge since. I thought it would get better. Today my discharge was dark red-brown, and stringy. It s a little uncomfortable, and I get very slight on and off lower abdominal pain. Is this a cause for concern? I m getting a bit worried.

From history it seems that there might be having some infection followed by abortion in your genital tract producing discharge, discomfort and lower abdominal pain.
You might require one course of antibiotic medicine for 5-7 days.
Consult Gynaec and get examined.
