Hello and welcome to HCM,
Abnormal vaginal bleeding with associated foul odor is suggestive of an infective process in the genital tract.
A pelvic ultrasound is required to look for any evidence of pelvic inflammatory disease (PID).
In addition, a high vaginal swab will be required for microbiological examination.
Vaginal swab will determine the presence or absence of infectious agent in the genital tract.
Thus, I suggest you to consult your gynecologist for clinical assessment, relevant investigations and thus management.
Excessive use of douches is also not recommended because they can increase the pH of vagina and thus predispose to various infections.

Thanks and take care
