What Causes Abnormal Vaginal Bleeding While On Nexplanon?
I am on the birth control nexplanon and have been on it for 4 months now. This months period has been different then my last ones, I have had two weeks of brown black discharge and then started bleed on Wednesday and should have ended Tuesday but it has continued, very light bleeding but still a lot of brown black discharge and some clotting

As a first line management you can take drugs like Tranexemic acid to control bleeding. If bleeding persists better to consult a gynecologist and get evaluated.
