What Causes Abnormal Vaginal Bleeding After Lumbar Puncture Procedure?
I had a spinal tap done Friday,I have severe headaches the moment I sit up, but what is worrying me is I started bleeding vaginally today,I don t get periods I had a tubal ligation and uterine ablation done in 2012. Should I be bleeding red blood.not a ton but enough to drip red

It would be best to be reviewed by your doctor. Headaches are a possible complication of spinal tap but if it is severe then treatment is needed.
The vaginal bleeding is not a known complication so this would also need assessment by your gynecologist.
The spinal tap should not have affected these organs.
