What Causes Abnormal Stools Like Coffee Grounds?
My 84 year old father who had an abdominal aneurysm repaired in late Feb. this year had a bowel movement tonight that he described looked like coffee grounds. Is this is a sign of blood in the stool? Should he go to an emergency room or can this wait until the morning?
