What Causes Abnormal Stool Along With Lower Quadrant Pain?

Hi I have noticed a difference in the pattern of my stools! There not as solid and there more often! They are a pale colour with sometimes red bits and little bits of black! I also have pain in my right lower quadrant close to my liver and I get itchy skin were my intestine runs down my right side! I think it might be an intestine problem/digestive and I think sometimes it might cause my lung to be sore! What cud this be?
