What Causes Abnormal Eye Movements In A Child?
My 6 year old son s eyes have been moving up and either to the right or left, we haven t noticed it until recently and it seems to be more prevalent when he is tired but it is happening a lot an getting more frequent. What can be causing this? Best and worst case scenarios please?

Most probably it is a squint. In children the squint will manifest around the age of five or six and squint is the best possibility in this case. Consult an ophthalmologist and get evaluated. Nothing much to worry as the squint has got good results when detected early and he might require surgical correction probably.
