What Causes Abnormal Bowel Movement With Blood?

Hi, lately I've been having like yellowish brownish liquid poop like half the time but to make matters worse theirs blood in it. The blood is normal red. It doesn't hurt to poo and I don't have any weird cramps. I am anmnemic if that makes a difference.

Noted the history and understood the concerns.
Yellowing brownish liquid poop with fresh blood in it is indicative of wither an infection in the large bowel and rectum or associated piles too as there is ano pain at all.
I would advise you the following:
Tests of stool for 3 consecutive days.
Tests of blood for CBC, sugar, liver functions.
Ano-proctoscopy and colonoscopy with biopsy gives definite diagnosis.
A course of an antibiotic, metronidazole for 5 days and probiotics for a long time will help for cure.
If there are large piles, you may need surgical correction.
Have sitz bath twice daily.
Avoid all the foods and beverages that instigate or enhance your problems.
Take curds and bananas.
CT scan of the abdomen may be needed in case ultrasound is suspicious.
