What Causes Abnormal Aggressive Behavior In A Child?

Hello, I m writing about my step son who just turned 4. He is often having tantrums and severe anger issues. Hitting, kicking and pinching his dad and when I m around and he s having a tantrum he ll even do it to me. E Lately he s been telling his dad he wants to kick him in the face and hurt him or hit him with a stick and hopes the police come and he goes to jail. I don t even know why in the world he would say things like this. His mother does let him watch aggressive scary shows at only age 3 like the walking dead as an example. Could this be the cause of anything?

I really appreciate your concern, although it does not seems to be pure medical problem looking to the age of child what ever he behave needs to be take lightly because he is just 4 years old or at the most you can see the pediatric counselor, hope this information helps.
