hi
thanks for posting in HCM
I have understood your concern

you are 19 weeks pregnant with good fetal movements and abdominal discomfort, reason is
as your pregnancy progressive it grows upwards and compression of the abdominal organs. stomach feels full with less quantity of food.

thigh pain may be just muscular pain.

I can suggest you
1.frequent meals with small quantity every time
2.regular walking
3. avoid sleeping or lying down immediately after eating
4.tab. dolo650 mg for thigh pain if needed.

hope this helps you
any further questions please let me know
thanks
