What Causes Abdominal Pain?

today it feels like i got punched in the stomach. i wasn t really, but it feels that way. could it be from habanero or another kind of pepper? i was trying to think what might have caused it, i had a spicy sauce with chicken wings last night, that s the only thing out of the ordinary that i have eaten

Your suspicion seems to be correct. Chilli (pepper) can cause abdomen pain due to gastritis (inflammation of stomach wall). However it is not a very dangerous problem. You need to take a course of antacids (omeperazole) for two to three days. I would advise you to visit a general physician in your area for definitive diagnosis as in some cases a course of antibiotics is also required.
