What Causes Abdominal Pain With Dark Bloody Stool Discharge Post Accident?

I was in a car accident about 2 weeks ago. No seat belt because I was reaching for something on the passanger side of car. I hit a stopped vehicle at approx. 65 mph. Talus is fractured and rib contusion. The past few days I ve developed abdomen pain. My bowels were fine post-car accident until the last few days. Trouble passing gas and now I just noticed darker stools/black and possibly blood. I ve had CT scan of abdomen right after car accident. Is it possible something developed or they missed something?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, looking to the history given here I would suggest to get done the ultrasonography test just to rule out the underlying cause of dark stool because this could be due to internal bleeding, hope this information helps, take care.
I find this answer helpful
