General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Kindly mention how much liver enzymes value elevated? Gall stone and fatty liver can lead to elevated liver enzymes. Your abdominal pain can be because of cholecystitis secondary to gall stone. For that antibiotic course prescribed. If pain more than paracetamol can be prescribed. If repeated cholecystitis occurs than gall bladder removal needed. You can be prescribed ursodeoxycholic acid tablet for your condition.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Dr. Parth Goswami
