What Causes Abdominal Pain, Vomiting Sensation And Nausea?

Hi dear doctor, please i m very nervous about my situation. I feel stomach ache and feeling like I want to vomit, also, headache and nausea almost everyday. My period was on 13th of last month it wasn t that heavy but it lasted 3 days, and the blood was blocks (pieces). I m afraid if the feeling that I mentioned is pregnancy symptoms. Please I need your answer as soon as possible. Actually I had sex but we already used protection.

Hi,

Noted your history and understood the concerns.
Since you had protected sex the pregnancy may not be the cause, passing blood blocks may actually be just clots and hence may be normal periods again confirming no pregnancy.
The cause of pain in abdomen, nausea may be related o infection in the intestinal tract and thus needs the following:
Send the sample of stool and blood for lab.
Consult your Doctor for clinical evaluation and correlation with reports.
He may start you on a PPI like OMeprazole and Domperidone for nausea.
If there is any evidence of infection then he may add antibiotic, metronidazole and probiotics along with symptomatic and supportive therapy.
Once the nausea gets settled take plenty of oral fluids.
If still no relief ask for ultrasonography and other tests as needed.
