What Causes Abdominal Pain Post Intake Of Food?

I have been suffering recurring abdominal pains for the last 3 weeks. The pain frequently occurs about 2 hours after dinner although no pain occurs after any other meal before dinner. The family practioner prescribed an antibiotic initially but when the pain did not recede after 4 days, he sent me to a urologist who prescribed metronidazole and hyoscyamine but found the ultra sound and CT Scans to be normal . I was then sent to a gastroenterologist who sent me for an x-ray which also didn t show any abnormalities. This past week the pain reduced considerably following diarrhea (happened twice).. The pain has now moved to the groin area..dull but throbbing. Just did a h.pylori test but will not have results for a week.have lost 7 pounds since . What may be the diagnosis of my ailment? Truly appreciate any advice especially with respect to what foods to eat to gain some strength whilst reducing pain and discomfort. Thank you!
