What Causes Abdominal Pain Post A Hysterectomy?

My urine smells like pepper, I had a hysterectomy 9 yrs ago and I feel like my bladder is always forward push my lower abdomen, and it is sore in my lower abdomen, i actually have to adjust my seated position to completely empty my bladder, I am always having to go and I can not cough sneeze or laugh with out dribnling sometimes it is a mad dash to the bathroom

This sounds like urinary incontinence and it could be because of loosening of the muscles. You need a complete examination and it may not be related to the surgery at all as its been 9 years.
