What Causes Abdominal Pain, Nausea, Blurred Vision And Blisters On Palate?

First symptoms were blisters turning into a rash that covered the roof of my mouth and then down around some of the inside of the gums (at the time, not the outside of them). No soreness on my throat except for the very top where the inflammation had spread. Also lots of stomach pain in the top/middle of my stomach and nausea. Pain got worse when I would eat. My vision became blurred. Was tested negative for H Pylori but they did find HSV1. Do these symptoms make sense to you or do you think there could have been something additional?

Hi,
Welcome To HCM & Thanks For Asking Your Query Here

your medical history and symptoms are strongly suggestive of Herpes Simplex Type 1 ( HSV 1) and you have been already diagnosed with it
The herpes simplex virus is a contagious virus that can be passed from person to person through direct contact and it affect mainly mouth and face but it may affect gastric linings and eyes (also in your case )

There is currently no cure for this virus and Treatment focuses on getting rid of sores and limiting outbreaks.
It is possible that your sores will disappear without treatment. However, your doctor may determine that you need one or more of the antiviral medications like acyclovir ,famciclovir , valacyclovir , These medications can help infected individuals reduce the risk of spreading the virus to other people. The medications also help to lower the intensity and frequency of outbreaks

so you should keep treatment continue and follow your dr

I hope it help
