What Causes Abdominal Pain In Bottom Right Side And Frequent Urination?

Hi I have a dull pain in bottom right hand side of abdominal.. Initial urine test showed no signs of infection or kidney stones.... 3 weeks later pain is stiil there.... Doctor is sending for ultrascan of kidney.., my question is could it be my ovaries insted... I am urinating more frequently .. Will they be able to scan kidney and ovaries at same time.? What are my symptoms suggesting it might be.. Pain doesnt travel and has been there for 6 weeks. Thankyou

HI
Well come to HCM
Such abdomen pain always turned unremarkable after ultrasonography test in rare condition this could be due to renal or bladder stone but may not be due to ovaries, once the radiologist start scanning the abdominal cavity then it is being done for the whole abdomen and that includes ovaries too, chances of vague abdomen pain would be very likely, hope this helps, take care.
