My stomach pains start when i wake up last about three hours go away for about thirty minutes and are back for the rest of the day. They worsten after i try and eat somehing or move a certin way and are the most painful during the late day before i go to bed. What i am asking here is do you think i need to go see my doctor ASAP if this has been going on for four days now and during this time period all ive been doing is laying in bed sleeping the days away and now its time for me to go back to work and im concerned weather or not its safe to do so?. It is due to some sort of gastric infection. Take some antibiotic like norflox-tz or oflox-oz after an expert opinion along with meftal-spaz or cyclopam for the abdominal cramps. Take cap rekool-d or omez-d empty stomach. If still not improved then you have to go for abdominal ultrasound to isolate the cause and take further treatment.
