What Causes Abdominal Pain And Vomiting?

My son aged 7.5 years complained of stomach ache after dinner and started vomitting after 6 hrs. First time He threw up everything and since then twice he has vomitted the small amount of water and antacid i gave him. What coul dbe the reason? Can i give him domstal?

in this age it is hyper acidity indigestion or worm infestation. give normal food and maintain hydration. if vomiting is persisting can give donperidon and wait for one hour. when vomiting stops you can give electoral water followed by semi solid food. slowly give normal food. can give sypunienzyme and polycrol gel. after one week give albendazole at bed time.
