What Causes Abdominal Pain And Spotting?

hello my name is jeannette and i am pregant and have pain in my lower area about a week about two weeks ago my 2 year old daughter kick me in the belly four days later i went to the hospital for the lower pain down in that area its been a week and i started spotting and its kinda gotten worst and the pain is back again i went to the doctor and they wanted to charge me 3200 to see a doctor what should i do or am i going thur a miss carraige or what can cause this??? please help

1.Possibilities of miss-carriage can not be ruled out. There are chances.
2.Since its only spotting - possibilities of normal pregnancy also there.
3.You have to get the ultrasound pelvis get done - there is no other way to confirm weather pregnancy is viable or not.
4.Seeing doctor will not help, you have to get scan as soon as possible.
5. Sorry for the financial issue.
