I ve had 4/10 pain in my abdomen for the past 2 days on the left side. There is pressure and fullness feeling. I have continued to pass flatus and have normal bowel movements. No loss of appetite, nausea, or vomiting. Afebrile also. I feel that my abdomen is larger, but no more excess gas than usual. I have had gastritis where I was hospitalized for 3 days and 3 small ulcers found with egd 2 years ago. Should I seek medical attention or continue to see if more symptoms will appear or the issue resolve on its own?
