General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I think he is suffering from a gastrointestinal infection possibly viral infection. You may need to give him Simethicone to help cope with diarrhea. Also give him enterogermina to establish the intestinal flora. Remember to keep him hydrated giving more fluids and water. You can use Tresol also to substitute fluids and minerals.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Wishing you all the best.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
