What Causes Abdominal Pain And Irregular Periods?

Hello, doctor please I have menstrual disorders for a year now and I never took it serious. Last week, I had my period for one day. Now I feel pains in my abdomen. Please what could be the cause of it? I have been taking m2 tone for almost a month now. Pls advice me. Thank you

M2 tone is a herbal supplement and although there have been reports of it being helpful, I cannot advocate or back these claims.

As for the irregularity in your menstrual cycle I recommend a visit to a doctor to check on your hormone levels, ultrasound of your abdomen and pelvis, thyroid profile, height and weight ratio, and exercise and dietary regimen. All these need to be checked on to find the cause for your irregularity. Once the cause is identified we can remove the cause (if possible) and/or initiate medications that can help with regularization of your cycle.
